Brilliant Series

The Brilliant cymbal is crafted using the patented and uniquely designed B23ZT alloy along with a special over-hammering process.
The high tin content provides exceptional stiffness, delivering "brilliance" to the sound. Meanwhile, the addition of Zirconium and Titanium ensures the malleability and durability required during production and use.

These cymbals feature enhanced upper frequencies, producing bright and shimmering tones.
Despite their brightness, they are never harsh, and their wash when crashed has a sweetness to the shimmer. Compared to B20 cymbals, the surface tension of the Brilliant series is significantly higher, making them less bendable. This added stiffness allows them to open up quickly and easily when crashed and provides fast stick rebound.

The key characteristics of the Brilliant series are its sweetness and presence.
With ample cut, clean tones, fast response, shimmering brightness without harshness, and medium to long sustain, these cymbals offer a unique musical experience. The medium and larger crashes have a sizzle-like quality and are highly responsive.

Brilliant cymbals are an excellent choice for pop, rock, and fusion music.
They provide a distinctive feel under the stick and don’t require hard hits to produce a big sound. Many players have noted that their weight-to-sound ratio differs from B20 cymbals. They play like thicker cymbals but sound like much thinner ones.

Similar to the Absolute line, the larger crashes work wonderfully as crash/rides, providing a beautiful lift to the music.



Brilliantシンバルは、特許取得済みで非常にユニークなB23ZT合金と特別なオーバーハンマリングプロセスで作られています。
高いスズ含有量により音に非常に高い硬さと「輝き」がもたらされますが、ジルコニウムとチタンが加わることで、製造過程や使用時に必要な柔軟性と耐久性も確保されています。

これらのシンバルはすべて高音域が強調されており、明るくキラキラとした音を生み出します。それでいて耳障りになることはなく、クラッシュ時にはウォッシュ音に甘さのある輝きを感じられます。
B20シンバルと比較すると表面張力が非常に高く、手で曲げようとしてもあまり曲がりません。この高い硬さのおかげで、クラッシュ時には素早く反応し、スティックの跳ね返りも速くなっています。

Brilliantシリーズの最も特徴的なポイントは、その「甘さ」と「存在感」です。十分なカット、クリーンな音、速いレスポンス、輝きのある明るい音色、そして中程度から長めのサステインが特徴です。
中型や大型のクラッシュは音にシズル感を持ち、非常に反応が良いのも魅力です。

Brilliantシンバルは、ポップ、ロック、フュージョン音楽に最適で、スティックで演奏したときの独特な感触が特徴です。また、強く叩かなくても十分な反応が得られる点も多くのプレイヤーから好評です。
これらのシンバルは、重量に対する音の比率がB20とは異なり、厚みのあるシンバルのような感触ながら、音は薄いシンバルのように聞こえるとよく言われます。Absoluteシリーズと同様、大型クラッシュはクラッシュ／ライドとしても優れており、音楽に心地よい高揚感を与えます。
